WILLIAM C. SJOBERG is an international trade and customs attorney with extensive experience practicing before the Department of Commerce, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of State and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Mr. Sjoberg’s practice focuses on representing clients in antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the Office of Import Administration and the USITC, and on a variety of issues before the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection. Mr. Sjoberg also represents clients in export control matters before the Bureau of Industry and Security, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Mr. Sjoberg spent five years as an Import Compliance Specialist in the Office of Import Administration.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Sjoberg served as a Private Sector Project Manager in investment and export promotion with the United States Agency for International Development in Belize, Central America. Mr. Sjoberg received his B.B.A. in international business and his M.A. in public administration from the University of Texas. He received his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law.
Mr. Sjoberg is a member of the District of Columbia and State of Texas (inactive) Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
