QIAN SHENG received her Bachelors of Law from Beijing University School of Law, her Masters of Law degree in International Business Law from Tsinghua University School of Law in China and her L.L.M. degree in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School in 2006. She concentrates on the firm’s practice before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Ms. Sheng is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association and ITC Trial Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Mandarin.
