THOMAS R. BURNS, JR. received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law, cum laude. While in law school, he was a member of the Administrative Law Review and The Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic.
His areas of concentration include intellectual property litigation and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, in which he previously practiced with a large firm.
Mr. Burns is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
