ROWAN E. MORRIS received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Barnard College, a Master of Arts from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. She also received a WTO Certificate from the Institute of International Economic Law. Ms. Morris served as Editor of the inaugural International Trade Review of the Georgetown Journal of International Law, which provides a critical analysis of cases heard by the U.S. Court of International Trade each year. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Morris represented clients on intellectual property matters.

Ms. Morris’s current legal practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and Section 337 investigations. Ms. Morris is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, and the U.S. Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

She is currently serving as co-chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Association of Women in International Trade, and is a member of the Washington International Trade Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the ITC Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Morris remains active in the arts community by volunteering for legal aid organizations that serve low-income artists and non-profit arts associations.
