Customs - Annual GSP Review Friday, June 5, 2009 The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is conducting its 2009 annual review of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP). USTR is requesting petitions to modify the list of products that are eligible for GSP duty-free status as well as petitions to modify the status of GSP beneficiary countries due to their country practices.
