Munford Page Hall, II is an international trade and customs attorney with over thirty years of experience practicing before U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Customs and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Page's experience spans the entire range of customs and international trade law. Page's customs practice includes classification and valuation of merchandise, country of origin determinations, preference program eligibility, and other import compliance issues. His international trade experience includes Section 337 litigation, antidumping and countervailing duty orders, export control, and legislative and administrative lobbying. He has represented clients across a wide variety of industries, including the aviation, automotive, chemical, electronics, food, household products, petroleum, pharmaceutical, steel, telecommunications, and textile industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Page practiced international trade law in other Washington, D.C. firms.
