Experienced Title VII/Customs Attorney
AMS seeks an experienced trade remedy and customs lawyer to join a growing practice. The firm represents high-profile foreign and domestic entities in trade remedy and customs matters, and provides policy advice and assistance to organizations navigating developments in the international trade landscape. If you are a mid-level to senior associate with at least 4-6 years of experience in a private firm or the U.S. government, and are looking to join a small, collegial practice, we could be the place for you.
Among other skills, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing antidumping and countervailing duty investigations for clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce and related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, a successful candidate will have experience handling complex Customs matters such as enforcement proceedings, prior disclosures, protests, tariff classification and valuation issues, country of origin marking questions, and compliance counseling. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to help build and shape a successful trade remedy and customs practice.
