Lydia C. Pardini, attorney at AMS, contributed to the international trade chapter of Volume 54 of The Year In Review, recently published by the American Bar Association (ABA). The chapter covers the most important developments in international trade law from 2019. It also gives a summary of growth and change in the areas of U.S. trade policy, World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement activities, and U.S. trade cases at the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and International Trade Commission (ITC).
